What we actually are

A painting crew that works one county. Not a franchise with a territory map, not a lead-generation site that sells your phone number to whoever answers first. The person who prices your project is accountable for how it turns out.

Over 20 years of that in Colorado, most of it within sight of the Flatirons.

What we believe, in practice

• Preparation is the product. Anyone can roll color on a wall. What separates a finish that lasts eight years from one that chalks in three happens before the finish coat opens.
• Say the hard thing early. If your siding needs carpentry before paint, you hear it at the estimate, not after you have paid for coatings that will fail.
• Write it down. Surfaces, prep steps, product line, sheen, coat count, schedule, terms. If it matters, it is on the page.
• Do it once. The cheapest paint job is the one nobody has to redo. Everything else is a payment plan on the same wall.

How a project runs

1. You call or send photos. Tell us what is bothering you and the year the house was built.
2. We scope it. Photos are often enough. Peeling, water damage, a landmark property or a commercial scope gets a walkthrough.
3. You get it in writing. Everything named. No "prep as needed."
4. Colors and approvals. Samples on your actual walls, and any Landmarks or HOA submission handled before scheduling.
5. Protect and prepare. The stage that decides whether the finish lasts.
6. Coatings go on. Inside the manufacturer's window, sequenced around wind and sun, cleaned up daily.
7. You walk it. We fix what you flag. Then five years of written coverage.
