Three ways to get a number

1. Photos. Fastest. Send a shot of each elevation plus close-ups of anything that worries you, and tell us the year the home was built. Most interiors and straightforward exteriors can be priced from that.
2. Phone. Call 720-208-5645 and talk it through. Useful when you are not sure what you need yet.
3. In person. Necessary for peeling, suspected water damage, landmarked properties, commercial scopes and anything where guessing would be dishonest.

What your estimate will contain

• Every surface included, named individually, and anything excluded stated plainly.
• Preparation itemized by surface: washing, scraping, sanding, filling, caulking, priming.
• The exact product line and sheen per surface, so you can read the data sheet yourself.
• Coat counts, stated rather than implied.
• Schedule: start date and working days.
• Payment terms and the warranty.
• Any condition we found that needs addressing before coating, with a separate price.

What helps us price it accurately

The year the home was built, because pre-1978 changes the legal requirements. Whether anything is peeling, because that changes the preparation entirely. Whether you are in a historic district or an HOA. Rough dimensions or room counts. And photographs, which are worth more than any description.

What we will tell you that others might not

If your siding needs carpentry first, you hear it at the estimate. If a surface should be replaced rather than coated, we will say so and note it in writing. If the honest answer is that your project should wait until spring, we will tell you that too, even though it means not booking the work today.
